Kindly read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any product or booking any services from Soullighters.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors/customers/clients who access and use our website services. By using our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Purchases
- Note when purchasing, we will be asking for your personal information such as address, number, full name to confirm your order and to deliver it properly.
- If you are paying by credit card, you will need to insert the usual credit card details to make a purchase
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed once order has been confirmed unless you receive an order that is broken etc. other than that, no refund and no cancellations.
- If by any chance, a customer cancels an order after delivery collects it without prior notice/apologies, you will not be allowed to purchase from Soullighters again
2. Bookings
- Note that sessions are confidential for the client and it is a safe space for everyone
- Copyright is forbidden and any use of session materials/workbooks without permission
- Taking advantage of sessions for your own holistic business services to get ideas etc. without honestly saying it is unethical. Therefore, if suspicious we may ask for information about a client ‘s background to ensure integrity and honesty
- No refunds/cancellations after booking confirmation
- Client can visit Soullighters at their physical location or they can book an online session. It is up to the client’s preference
