In this session, we will assess/check which chakras (energy points) of your body are blocked and imbalanced and the reasons and causes of these imbalances/blockages will be explained in details. You will leave the session with a clear idea about yourself and the energy points of your body and what to do to balance them and to get yourself back on track. We will also do a chakra balancing session at the end along with homework for you to continue doing after.
